iNotes 9 Control

After upgrading to Domino 9.0.1 FP7, when opening an attachment, iNotes users are prompted with a series of messages indicating that the installation of the IBM iNotes Control has been blocked or declined. Do you want to use the IBM iNotes Control on New Messages? We click OK. A message at the bottom appears saying the website wants to install the following Add-on: IBM iNotes 9 Control from "Internation Business Machines Corporation'. We click Install or Install for all Users. Then you have to go back to the email and be prompted with Do you want to install this software? IBM INotes 9 Control? We click Always installl. Then we get a COPY error "An error occurred while copying the file dwa9W.dll. Cannot copy file to the destination directory. Click Retry to retry the operation or click Cancel. Our only workaround is to have a domain admin log on and follow the prompts to install it.
