Question about headless Domino Designer

I have read the following wiki (http://www-10.lotus.com/ldd/ddwiki.nsf/dx/Headless_Designer_Wiki) and do some simple experiment. My result are as follows :

1. Domino Designer will be started using your last login ID. As long as you are in front of the built terminal you can enter the password if there is any on that ID.

2. Domino Designer (and Notes Client) have to be shutdown for this to work.

3. If the target NSF already exist, it will throw an error.

I also have the following questions, hopefully someone have an answer for these.

1. Is there a way to built the target database on a server instead of your local notes data folder ? The designer console seemed to indicate that there is a server parameter but there is no mention about this on the wiki.

2. Is there a way that we can update the design of an existing database using this method ?

3. Is there a way of doing something similar (built an NSF or update an existing one based on your local On Disk Project) while the Notes Client is opened ?  I am aware that I can do it manually but I am trying to make it a one click process instead of having to go back between Package Explorer (for import and refresh) and Designer Outline (for sync)
