New PubName Template has Passover start and end dates duplicated

Just brought in the new holdays from the Domino Directory template for FP 8. Passover starts the evening of 4/10 but the entry shows it starting on two dates, the 11th and the 12th. It seems the entry for the 12th is in error? Same error duplicated for other years.

Am I missing something here? I can understand showing the first two day of Passover in this holiday entry but then why have the ending dates of Passover also have two dates (17th and 18th for 2017)? Is this an error or a religious thing.

A clarification

Passover this year has four days observed for which work is proscribed.  They are the 11th and 12th and the 17th and 18th.  I can perform work on the intermediate days (the 13th, for example).
