Hello,

I have the following problem with a mail-in database... A group of people doesn´t have the right to delete documents in a

certain mail database. If they want to delete documents by mistake, they receive the error "Your are not authorized..." - everything

clear so far.

 

The problem is the following >> if a user with the right to delete documents in the databases opens the database and closes

it ( and has the option "Delete during database close" activated in the client preferences ) the documents are removed, although

soft deletion is activated.

 

So it seems, that the document stays marked for deletion, although the user did not have the right to delete documents.

Has anybody an idea, how this can be limited, the documents in trash can only be removed by the "server maintenance" ??
