Hello,

I'm unable to display image in HTML emails generated by scheduled agent. Image file is there inside the database as an Image Resource. I tried referring it with below HTML code...

<img src="http://indbzp0062.in.dst.ibm.com/m-panel.nsf/myHire_Header.jpg?OpenImageResource" alt="myHIRE">.

But it doesn't display that image in email body opened in Lotus Notes 9. Although image file is accessible and I can open it in browser directly by entering same URL in address bar, it shows a small black cross and text mentioned within alt attribute, in email body.

Please help me out to resolve this issue or any workaround to display this image in an email body generated via HTML coding by a LotusScript agent.

Thanks in anticipation.

Regards,

Abhishek SenGupta.

Check proxy settings

Is the Notes Client's proxy settings setup yet?  (in the local address book's Location document).

Any workaround apart from setting this in each LN client, pls?

This email gets sent to many users. Do we need to set this up to all users one by one? Any workaround else, please?

Thank you.

You should speak to your Notes admin folks within IBM about desktop policies
You should be able to set this using Notes desktop policies.  You won't be able to do it unless you have admin privileges.
