ND10 breaks NotesSQL?

I have a client that has successfully been using NotesSQL to retrieve data from a Domino database.
The ODBC drivers were installed quite some time ago, and have worked well (using a Notes 9.0.1 client).

I have upgraded my Notes client to 10.0.0, and can no longer even configure the data source!

When I attempt to do so, I observe the following errors...

 

"Cannot locate a supported version of the required Notes or Domino software
Please refer to the User Documentation for this product's software requirements"

 

A second error dialog states...

 

"The setup routines for the Lotus Notes SQL Driver (*.nsf) ODBC driver could not be loaded due to system error code 1114: A dynamic link library (DLL) initialization routine failed."

 

I have tried installing another 9.0.1 Notes client on a separate machine, copying the installation into a temporary folder on my machine and pointing the 'PATH' environment variable to that folder... but that didn't work.

 

Has anyone tried this? More importantly, has anyone experienced the same issue and found a resolution?
