App Crash

Hello,

I am receiving Error Message from IBM Notes so often and it is very difficult to work with it. Please find below sample Error Code. Other errors are also similar to this one. Any further information, I can provide.

Hi Volkan,

We would need to see the full NSD generated at the time of the crash to determine the root cause.

You would probably be better off opening a new PMR to have to crash investigated.

Dear Micheal,

Could you help me about on this regard, how can I open a new PMR on MAC OS X and how it effect to resolve this issue ? I really don't know what is it . 

Also, please refer to below link for all Crashed info that I received from the beginning.  I hope this may clarify problems that I faced.
