When creating  an Domino Archive policy on the Domino server you create the policy and then create the archive criteria.  Once done I set up a Program to actually execute the program at a specified time.  However all I can see is the error message:-

error archiving documents from mail - no archive criteria found

I found that if I go into the Notes client and add a criteria and save it.  Then I can run the program and it works.  "Load Compact mail\abc123.nsf -A".  So why does it not work when its done from the server policy form, where the criteria are setup up and visible in the policies view.

Any help would be much appreciated.
