When a thread is hung, then syncing will most likely stop for that user, or for other users as well (depending on what type of thread it is). You can try to cancel the syncing of that thread via the StopSync command - tell traveler StopSync <deviceID> <username> If that command does not work, then it means the thread is locked and the only way to recover from that is to restart the Traveler server.
