Install of R9.0.1 Basic client associates eml with Notes even if clear the deafult email checkbox!

The install of R9.0.1 Basic client seems to associate .eml with Notes even if I uncheck the boxes  "Make Notes my default email / calendar / contacts  program".

Outlook remains associated with the other file types (.hol, .ics, .msg, .pst, .vcf, .vcs)

Has anyone else experienced this?

To check on a machine with R9 Basic client installed do the following:
- Open IE
- Click  Tools / Internet Options / Programs
- Click 'Set Programs' button
- Click 'Set your default programs'
- Click 'IBM Notes Mail' and then 'Choose defaults for this program'

.eml default handler
I don't think that will necessarily change with setting the mail client. Just set the default for the .eml file type instead.
