We use the ibm verse client running Traveler 8.5.3 release.

When sending emails with client ibm verse Inbox on Lotus notes client 9, look that way.





when the selectable text letters created ibm verse,Lotus notes shows the squares as Helvetica!!!.If you highlight the text and set the font to Arial, the text of the letter will be seen, but every time I do so uncomfortable.

The letters inside the squares come solely from the application Ibm verse. Upgrade to new version which was released in August from the Google market, did not fix the problem.

Questions

1)Can I set in the settings of Lotus client that helvetica font is arial?
Perhaps you need to change something in the lotus file.ini or in the registry of the windows operating system

2)why is the helvetica font is displayed quadratically?

3)Is there a solution to configure Ibm verse on the dispatch of the letter of Ibm verse the default font from helvetica to Arial.
