I've got one  user who went ahead and downloaded the latest Mac OS, OS X Capitan.   And apparently it broke his Notes client.

From what I found, (https://blog.winkelmeyer.com/2015/09/ibm-notes-9-0-2-for-mac-os-x-is-there-yeah-you-read-it-correctly-9-0-2/ ) there is a client that is available for the Mac.

I did find it on Passport advantage, and as per that link, CN6VDEN is the client.  But when I go to Passport Advantage, it is pre-selecting three files to download.

I'm pretty sure I don't require the Client Application access, as I understand that is a browser plug in.  But why would it include CN0YCEN?  There's no indication of the dates these were released.

and it says Notes Standard 9.0.1 FP2 for Mac.  Is that 32bit?

I'm just trying to figure out what I need to do testing with before sending it out to our Mac users who have been told not to upgrade at the moment.

Just install Notes Mac 64-bit
It is a full installer and there is no need to apply previous 32-bit FPs before installation. Actually, you should remove previous 32-bit client before installing the new 64-bit client.

Audio/Video issue?

Using the latest release IBM Notes 64 bits for Mac, Audio/Video are not detected by the Embedded Sametime client.

Any Fix or orther person having the same issue?

A/V coming....
Sametime for Mac 64-bit was not ready for A/V so that is disabled. Coming soon is a S/T embedded update for Notes Mac 64-bit that will have a/v support. Unsure the exact timeline but I would expect this quarter.
