Never Ending "Building Application..."

After updating from 8.5.3 to 9 i've got some strange behaviours when i open certain databases in Designer 9: The Application opens normally, but it is still building in the background.. i can work until a certain point and then the dialog is just showing focused.

After all, i can only continue working after i kill all the notes tasks and reopen again..  1 of those Databases is also a Release 9 Mail - Template.

 

When i open the same Template (on the same Server) on 8.5.3, everything works just fine..

Whats the problem?
