Can't compact via domino administrator

Hello all,

when I click on any database (even my own mail file or archive) and choose Compact... I got message: "1 database processed - 0 errors" and database is not compacted.

What I'm missing? I have all rights plus full access administrator and I can normally compact via console or ncompact.exe.
