access to NTS_901_IF7_WIN fix

My IBM ID seems to be fouled up so that I can't access fix packs. When I click to download the file,  I get a message "there is an issue with your login that needs to be addressed before you can continue. Please contact the help desk below.
Web:: IBM Service Request assistance"

Anyways, I have submitted a request to have that resolved, but they could give me no time estimate.

In the meantime our Traveler task is crashing and I'd like to upgrade to the lastest Fix pack.

Is there any way I can obtain this fixpack without logging into my account ? Ironically I can log into Passport and download the entire product, but I can't download the fix pack.

Contact support to reqeust access to IF7
If needed, you can open a PMR to request access to IF while issues with your IBM ID are resolved.

Tried the PMR route, but they said I had to wait .....

until my account issues were straightened out. They said they had no way to get me the files. Fortunately i got a reply after about 3 hrs that my account had been fixed.

I don't know what was wrong or what they corrected, but I am able to download fixes again.
