Antispam
You can check your antispam software if it is blocking that domain.

If the antispam is blocking that domain , then ask the software provider to unblock that domain.

If the antispam is not blocking that domain , please answer the following questions.

Can you receive from other internet mails? (Gmail , yahoo , etc)
Can you send to other internet mails? (Gmail , yahoo , etc)
Who are the affected users?
Are they receiving DFRs when sending internet mails?
Are the users from internet (Gmail , yahoo , etc) receive DFRs when sending to your domain?

You also may want to install 9.0.0.0 IF6 in case they are blocking SSLv3
In this link you will see 9.0 IF6 posted that had a fix for POODLE attack with implementation of TLS 1.0. Some vendors are disabling SSLv3 and requiring TLS 1.0
