It is not what you would see opening the parent doc either. We do not have a Check Agenda button. In fact I cannot find Check Agenda in any part of our stock template (not even on To Dos) so I wonder if the user has a customized mail template. You should check that and if she is then try replacing the design with a stock mail template. If that fails to correct the problem then you should contact Tech Support and open a ticket so we can spend the time you need to get the problem resolved. Bruce IBM
