Traveler device cannot reset

Hi,

I am having problem to reset the traveller device. Getting the error "User CN=a/ou=b/o=c cannot be deleted now since another operation is in progress. Please assist. Thank you

Restart the Traveler Task

Send "tell traveler q" (without quotes) on the console and after the task is down send "load traveler". Once the Traveler task is up, send the reset command again.

Solution

Try these two versions of show and then reset.

You can only reset a user which has a device, if there is no device, then there is no reset. So show user, then reset.

 

email address works well.

tell traveler show email@dbryant.de
tell traveler reset * email@dbryant.de

notes names work too

tell traveler show Douglas Bryant/My/World/DE
tell traveler reset * Douglas Bryant/My/World/DE

You may also reset a device on the lotustraveler.nsf

<hostname>/lotustraveler.nsf or open it on your Domino Administrator
