404 error trying to access Verse

Hi,

We have built a test Verse on Premise server on Release 9.0.1FP8 and the Verse version we have tried is Verse1.0.0.1IF1 as we had the same issue with the non IF version.

Our problem is that when we try to access the Verse URL we get :-

Http Status Code: 404

Reason: File not found or unable to read file

We have tried making sure xpages is not disabled but this had no effect. The servers startup log is as below and it doesn't seem to be trying to start Verse. Any ideas what the issue is?

Seems some vop bundles are missing. Could you input the following command in Domino console and send the console.log to me?
tell http osgi ss


This command will list all the osgi bundle in Domino.

And also, please check you have copy all the jar files in IBM_Verse_On_Premises.zip into <domino data>\domino\workspace\applications\eclipse\plugins

Hi, thanks for the help. The jar files are all in F:\csdata\notes\data\osgi\shared\eclipse\plugins  (F:\csdata\notes\data is the Notes data area). I have also run the command you gave me. Part 1 of console.log below

Incorrect directory (updated)
The .jar files should be put into F:\csdata\notes\data\doimno\workspace\applications\eclipse\plugins which is in the Domino data directory.

Note the current admin doc says "<Domino program directory>/osgi/shared/eclipse/plugins", but we are now changing the recommendation to "<Domino data directory>/domino/workspace/applications/eclipse/plugins".

Solved - thanks

Hi,

 

I tried putting them in  "<Domino data directory>/domino/workspace/applications" and that did not work so I tried "<Domino data directory>/domino/workspace/applications/eclipse/plugins" and it is now working. Thanks for your help on this,
