Notes webmail: A problem has occurred which may have caused the current operation to fail.

Domino 9.01 server with 9.01 fix pack 2 installed. (And as per directions, the separately-supplied cab and database copied over to appropriate directories.)

Using Firefox 27.0.1., users are getting at the top of emails a red message saying, "A problem has occurred which may have caused the current operation to fail. ". If you just leave an email open and don't touch it, the message goes away after a few minutes. But attempting to do anything with the email -- reply to it, or forward it, just opens a fresh, blank tab with nothing in it.

Anyone else experiencing this?

p.s. Chrome, IE and Safari are fine -- it's just Firefox that is broken. Yet again for the one-thousandth time. Sigh. I don't know whose fault it is, Firefox or IBM, but I'm just so over having to apologize for Notes webmail.....

thanks Michael

Thanks Michael... so hard to control versioning these days more and more, with BYOB on laptops etc, or people using home computers in evenings for webmail, and firefox pushing out a new version every week and urging users to accept it (or, just giving it to them without even asking.)
