They won't be able to get to that view. I tried this 1 simple change and it worked for me, but all this does is just hide the view from everyone...if they cannot get to the view, they cannot create a rule. But in case you need this: There is a mention of the rules as well as stationary and the Archive link. forms9.nsf: form called: "s_MailOutline": Hope that helps.
