Notes 9 client does not start properly

Hi,

sometimes, when I start the Notes 9 client on Ubuntu I get an empty error message and I cannot open my mails or calendar. To fix it, I need to restart the client several times. The trace viewer shows some severe traces:

how to reproduce

I did not replace the template design yet but a colleague found out that this error is reproducable by:

1) closing the "Discover" tab of the client

2) restarting the client

Leaving the "Discover" tab open is a workaround for this problem.

Discover tab workaround

Hi guys,

I confirm the observation of Yasin Bozkurt:

leaving the "Discover" tab open allows to open the Mail and Calendar view without problems. I am on Ubuntu 14.04 64bit with a fresh install of IBM Notes 9 with Fixpack 2.
