Run LN Client and Designer as separate instances?

I am running Lotus Notes 9 in Windows 7 within Parallels 9.

I run both the client and the designer.

In Windows, these two programs are represented by separate tabs at the bottom of the screen.

But in Parallels in both Coherence and the other mode, they are represented by only one icon in the Mac's Dock. I want them to be separte icons.

Is there an easy way to make these into separate instances or processes, so they will show up separately in the Dock on my Mac.

Bryan
