IMAP list of folders not retrieved

We have two identical Windows 2012  servers with Domino 9.01FP5.

Domino servers are in a Domino Cluster and both running the IMAP task.

Users having trouble to connect to the IMAP server on one of the servers. Logon works, but the folder list is not downloaded from the server.

When they switch the imap server in the account settings to the other Domino server then the folder list is retrieved.

We checked the IMAP settings, firewall, ACL, disabled / enabled imap for the users(s) etc, didn't found any difference in both servers or mail files. IMAP debugging shows no errors.

What could we do next?
