Hello Joseph,
I would suggest opening a PMR with support as there are a number of questions such as does your organisation use NSL, NFL or WFL etc.
However to delete the ID vault database when you cannot locate the vault ID file
- Take a binary backup of your Domino Directory (names.nsf) and ID Vault database
- Delete the ID Vault name from the policy documents.
- Delete the vault trust certificate(s) from the Domino Directory
- Delete the password reset certificate(s) from the Domino Directory
- Wait for a short while to make sure there are no issues such as any issues with users logging into the server.
- Delete the ID Vault database through the Administration client like any other database.
