Ya i've gone thro it. It just deals with the ''pst to nsf" part. What i need is the complete steps involved in the migration process.

Situation is this: An organization wants to migrate from outlook to ibm smartcloud engage advance. we've to help them achieving it. 

Questions are,

1. What preparatory works they should do? (like taking backup of their pst files,etc). we've to send them a checklist for what we need from them.

2. could we configure ibm notes without a domino server? could we use the exchange server instead?

Things are blank please help...
