How to capture the events of handling attachment in IBM Notes client

When a user compose an e-mail in Lotus Notes client and attach a file, I would like add some text under the the attached file.  Is there a way to capture of event of attaching a file so that I can insert text to body?  Can I also capture the event of deleting attached file so that I can remove the text just added when the user attach the file?
