Migration to IBM Notes - Considerations

Hi all,

          We are planning to do mail migration. What are all the things to be considered?

like: 1.) Smartcloud or Domino server

         2.) Service-only environment or Hybrid environment.

Comparison of the environments. Likewise. We have around 200 users.

Is there any such planning documents available? Pls help...
