On my form, I have two tables.  Each table contains 10 rows with questions and a rich text lite field for the user to insert a thumbnail image.  When testing, I can add an image on each of the 10 rows in the first table.  Works great.

However, when I move to the second table to test those fields, when clicking on the field help button to add a thumbnail image my cursor jumps to one of the rich text lite fields in the top table and if I select an image, it replaces the one already there.  This happens sporadically; i.e. some of the fields in the second table work fine, but others jump to the top table fields or to another field in the same table.

I have given all of my rich text lite fields a specific name on the image tab so there should be no confusion there.  I can find no reason why this is happening or how to fix it.

 Is there a limit on the number of rich text lite fields you can place on a form?

I'm stumped.  Please advise.
