You should use Crossware Mail Signature
I think you will be better of using a product like Crossware Mail Signature.  Go to http://www.crossware.co.nz/ to get more info.

It's available for Domino and Exchange.  You get centralised managament, and don't have to muck about in the Mail design.  Which is hard, very hard to get right.  Trust me, I've been there.
