Hi,

we are using lotus traveler 9 in connection with BES 10 to sync our mails to Q10 or Z10 smartphones.

We are having big problems with syncing the contacts or calender entries on some devices. Also the traveler status is red most of the time because of high cpu usage.

But we only have 33 Users and it's going wild. At the end there will be ~400 Users. The project is stopped now because of the problems we are experencing.

Is anyone having the same problems ? Or how can i investigate which thread is causing this high cpu usage and why ?

Some threads are running like forever:

Greets

So what was the solution?

This problem is marked as resolved, and we're having the same problem.
