Mail column not shown but like a Rules

Hello all,

My folder not shown mailbox view as usual, but looks like a creating new rule.

I already delete the rules, but it still happen as per shown below.

This problem always showing around 10:00AM or noon ...

Anybody can give solution for fix this ? i have no idea how to resolve this matter.

Replace folder design
Do a replace design (File-Application-Replace Design) and select to "Upgrade Folder Design".  This will set your personal folder with the inbox design elements which should solve the issue.

update folder design

Actions > Folder ... > Upgrade Folder Design may also help as you can replace the design of certain folders instead of all of them if you don't want or need to.

Does it will erase the document ?

When do the replace design and upgrade folder, does it will erase the content of mail ?

It will not erase the content
The upgrade of folder design will not erase documents from the folder.  However, if you want to have a revert back option , take a backup of the current database then proceed with the refresh design.

Try a new folder
that is one of the best errors in Domino as it doesn't tell you what document we are looking for that is missing (love it).  Troubleshooting that would require a bit of work.
You could start with maintenance (fixup compact updall) otherwise we could just create a brand new folder (ensure it is showing the correct columns) and then drag and drop the documents from the bad folders to the new folder (drag and drop do not do copy and paste).
