Can't Save and Send

Hi, All,

We're in the process of upgrading to Notes 9.0 from 6.5.  As a pilot, we're upgrading a few users at a time.  So far, there really hasn't been any issues except for one user.  For some reason, they are unable to "save and send" a document when closing it.  When closing the document, it prompts them to select which action, but then they click Save and Send, it just closes the document.  It doesn't send or save it.  The user can manually save documents in the database and they can send mail.  There's no checks in the QuerySave event, so no code is causing it to fail.  I've uninstalled/reinstalled the client on their workstation, but it did not resolve the problem.  Anyone else have any other ideas to try?
