Has Domino Designer for Eclipse lost it's connection to the Applications pane?

After a point my Domino Designer for Ecplise seems to have lost it's "connection" between the content at the right side and the Applications-pane at the left side. Having a bunch of applications in the Applications-pane and multiple different database design elements open in the content pane, I now face the problem that I often open the wrong lists since the Application-pane no longer focus on the project I am working on.


Is there some way to fix this? If not, I hope for a future right click action in the tab-header like "Focus this application in the Application pane" or similar :-)
