Missing body of forwarded mails

Domino server: IBM Domino 9 HF75 windows64

Traveler: IBM Notes Traveler 9

Affected mobil devices: Windows Phone 8

I have about 1500 Traveler users. Most of them there is not any problem. But I have same Windows Phone 8 users in France who cannot forward mails correctly. Body of all of their forwarded messages are blank.

The forwarded mails are not encrypted, not prevented against copying. Many of their forwarded mails are received and forwarded within the same Domino Domain.

There is no problem if their mails are forwarded from their Lotus Notes clients. This case body of the mails contain the forwarded text.

Does somebody have any idea what the problem could be?

check your server document

I had the same issue, I made the correction below and it works

1. From the Domino Administrator, click the Configuration tab and expand the Messaging section.

2. Click Configurations.

3. Select the Configuration Settings document for the mail server or servers you want to administer, and click Edit Configuration.

4. Click the MIME -> Conversion Options -> Outbound tab.

5. Complete the following fields and then click Save & Close: Message Content  to "Convert from Notes to Plain Text and HTML"
