Can anyone tell me how to get more than 30 days of mail on an iPhone and how to combine calendars??

In older versions of the Traveler server the max was 30 days but in recent versions there is no limit.  What version are you running?

The native calendar cannot be merged with the Traveler client calendar.  If you want to switch to use native iOS mail and calendar then you will need to look at 3rd party products.  I've been playing with AirWatch recently and this can sync a backend Traveler server with the native iOS mail & calendar.
