Error importing WSDL

Whe importing SugarCRM web service metadata I get the following error:

As far as I can see here there are no group elements and no attributes maxOccurs at all in that file. I reported this during beta but it is still there... Visual Studio import this wsdl with no issue at all!

Known issue, JGRN66VM3H (and JGRN66VMGT) (wsdl import)

We have SPR JGRN66VM3H (and a related SPR JGRN66VMGT) to track the issue, and I have added the extra information to JGRN66VM3H.
