Lotus Notes 9 New Email with current or future date

Hi,

I am looking to see if it is possible to set up a recurring mail somehow which will have a rolling date embedded into it. 

ie. 

The meeting will be on Thursday 25th October  please submit by Monday 22nd October.

then the following week the same email to read as 

The meeting will be on Thursday 1st November  please submit by Monday 29th October.

At present I just manually copy and paste this email and change the dates prior to sending. Looking to be more efficient.
