Please collect the following log files:

1. <user home>\My document\IBMNotesInstall.log,
2. <user home>\My document\IBMNotesInstalllog.cab
3. <installed Notes bin>\jvmpatcher.log
4. <Programdata\IBM\JVMPatcher\*.log

On their way!

The files are on their way.

I've included files from each step of the process - when the first failure dialog box appears, when the second box appears, and again after the FP2 uninstall is run.

I'm also including files found in the JVM directory: heapdump.xxx.phd, javacore.xxx.txt and snap.xxx.trc
