Hi,

I already had Traveler 8.5.3FP3 server, but when configuring traveler on Z10 I have this error message 'Your device is connected to a network but the Internet service is not available. Check your network settings'. I have even installed Traveler 9 and still having same error message. I would like to know whether it is essential to use SSL, we do not use SSL at our company. Please help me out. Z10 model is STL100-1. Email me directly on aparboteeah@iblgroup.com.

BB10 and Traveler
BB10 requires at least Traveler 9.

The original release of Traveler 9 works with http but once fix packs are applied it only works with https (SSL)
