What triggers the Domino person domument to get updated?

  • Category: Domino Server

There is a view in the Name & Address Book called People by Client Version which is a wonderful view, however, there are several users that do not appear in the view.  When I open their record, the Notes Client Machine fields are blank.  These users log in every day.  Is there a process I can kick off on the Domino server or something I can reset for these users so the server can poll their machines and populate these fields?

Thanks in advance,

Quin

Do the users have access to the administration server for names.nsf?
I don't know offhand if this is one such requests, but there are a set of requests that are directly deposited in the administration server's admin4.nsf. One problem this introduced is in cases where users can't access that database/server, causing the requests to be lost.

Excellent, Thanks

I had no clue where to look.  I'll try the tech note you provided.  Thanks again.
