Hi,

Two synchronization issues between iOS and Domino not listed under known limitations for Apple devices. Please confirm if it is an limitation, and if not, how to solve it.

1. Trash documents is not synchronized. (Folder "trash" are selected under iOS settings)

2. Flags are only synched if the flag is sent on mail in the inbox. Follow-up flags set on e-mails in any other folder or in sent is not synchronized. (Subfolders and sent are selected under iOS settings)

3. Flagged e-mails in the user inbox with an follow-up date and notification alarm is not displaying an notification in iOS device even if the flag is successfully synchronized.

Trash folder does not sync
Hi,

The documentation for "9.0 - Administering IBM Notes Traveler" has the following limitation listed for Trash.

The trash, follow-up, and/or junk folder is not synched - These folders in IBM Domino are views and not real folders. Therefore when monitoring folder activity, IBM Notes Traveler does not receive notifications related to these folders. .

There are two sets of Documentation for Traveler, my guess is you read the Using IBM Notes Traveler set which does not list this limitation but is noted under the Folder sync section:

- Administering IBM Notes traveler
- Using IBM Notes Traveler
