Edit/Copy As/Table no longer copies doclinks

After getting a new laptop I am no longer able to get doclinks from edit/Copy as/Table to show the doclinks in what ever medium I paste into (Word or Outlook). For Lotus Notes RTF the doclinks appear.  For external applications like Outlook or Word the table, column data/header all appear as it has for years and even the column header for Link but no doclinks.    Prior to my new laptop everything worked fine.  I can paste document, view or application links in Outlook and Word without issue.  I have checked all three paste options I see with right clicking the mouse.  I am not pasting text only.    I have checked preferences in Lotus Notes (9.0.1 FP4 designer/admin client) and in Word without finding anything that would keep the doclinks from appearing.

It is extremely annoying because I use(d) this feature heavily.

Any suggestions?

Only mine

Had a co-worker try it and it worked fine.  There has to be something in my configuration (laptops are built with standard image).   I installed my Notes client and Fixpacks so I don't think it is a Notes client issue but I can't be sure unless I find a clue to show me what it isn't doing copying or pasting the link.

Hello Eric!

It seems that it is a limitation on MS products side.
The URLs below has additional information about limitation and some possible workarounds:

I hope it helps!

Alternative Workaround (Easy)

I was able to paste the result from Copy As Table into a Notes RT field and copy the table from there.  When pasting into Outlook 2016, the Notes Link appears as a url link, the text "Notes Link", and the proper formatting of the URL.

To me, it seems to be the formatting of the Copy As Table in Notes 9 and how it is translated when pasting.  The same functionality works with the Notes 8.5.3 client using Outlook 2016.
