Server is not starting as a server

I moved the server from windows 2003 to windows server 2012 R2 but after the migration the server wont start as a service but the server is starting as an application.
Can someone help me on this issue? Thanks.

Service not starting

Ensure that you have used the same IP address and the same Fully Qualified Host name when moving the server from the 2003 server tot he 2008 server.

Changing either of these from the original can cause this type of iussue as well

Domino Service
Recreating the JVM folder inside the Domino program directory usually resolves this issue, Rename the folder and run the base installer for Domino.
