Have you checked your program records?
set the following in your notes.ini

DEBUG_OUTFILE=notes.log
DEBUG_INITTERM=1

and restart your Domino Server....

When the server attempts to restart again send me all recent

notes*.log files in the data directory and also the screen shots of last stuff on console if you can capture...

An unencrypted copy of you NAB would be good as well...
