Reply To All not working

In this situation, i am seeing Reply to All not working where in 853 it did work this way.

Open a mail with multiple to/cc people.

Click reply to mail, which works properly and replies to the writer.

Now click Reply to All and no one else additionally appears.

I never noticed that action button was there in new mail mode, so I just learned something.

I also see it working as you describe in Notes 9.0 gold -- the additional people are added.

So yours does add the others if you click reply to all secondary to just clicking reply?

Have tested another machine, it works. that machine is a win server 2003. My machine with the problem is win7, wonder if a plugin broke it.

standard or basic client?
For my 64 Bit Windows 7 Professional machine I am running the Basic client and cannot reproduce this - are you running Standard or Basic?  I tried every Reply To combination on emails with multiple CC and then clicked on Reply to All and it filled in properly.  Thanks!

I tried this just now and I cannot reproduce. 

Can you clarify that you have replaced the design of your mail with the ND9 template, and also set to automatically upgrade the folder design.

Win7Pro, 64bit, full installed clients with des, admin.

Mail file was replaced with new template already and folder designs.

Different machine it works, that is a server 2003, going to try at home later on XP.

Our internal QA tested on cleaner PCs and it works. Wonder what is the problem.
