Domino Administrator Client issue

We have two mail files that give an error in the administrator client when the mail file is opened.  The mail file has been replaced with the Notes 9 template but when the mail is opened in the administrator client it says the old template name cannot be found. It has a drop list to select a server.  This doesn't happen when the mail file is opened from the Lotus Notes Client only the Domino administrator client.

Error dialog box from the administrator client

The Notes 9 dominio administrator client is opened. When the mail file that contains the Notes 9 template is opened, this dialog box appears. The behavior is repeateable.
