If this is clean install of Notes 9, we populate the IBM\Notes\Data directory and create a symlink from Lotus\Notes\Data to it. If this is an upgrade from Notes 8 (or older) we populate the Lotus\Notes\Data directory and create a symlink from IBM\Notes\Data to it.
