NotesViewNavigator Method GetCurrent gone !

I have filed a PMR today for IBM --> 13967,999,678, for below issue.

I want to improve a Performance bottleneck of some code, and I want to utilize the Buffering capabilities of NotesViewNavigator.
Also, I want to use the UnProcessedDocuments property, set when my Action Agent (LotusScript) is triggered.

My problem is quite serious, since I get this Compile error in line 24, in my modified code, and is stuck !

Its also in Notes 8.5, as well as Notes 9.0.1 Designer !

My questions to IBM is:
  • When has this Method been removed ?
  • When does it come back ?
  • What can we do (in the meanwhile) to utilize NotesViewNavigator, for traversing selected documents (and Categories) ?

As I mentioned, I will raise this as an PMR today for IBM. [ PMR# is this --> 13967,999,678]

Never available in LS
There was never a ViewNavigator.getCurrent method available to LS.  Java, CORBA, and COM only.  Sorry
