#0c:03 on external send with 9.0.1 64-bit for Mac

We loaded the new 9.0.1 64-bit client for the Mac on a few machines and now we receive a #0C:03 error whenever we attempt to send mail outside.  If we edit the location document on the clients and switch "Format for messages addressed to internet addresses" from MIME format to Notes Rich Text Format outside messages will be sent without the error.  While we have a work around it is obviously not ideal so does anyone have a idea how to possibly fix this?  We opened up a case with IBM support but they really were not helpful.

Hello Frank!

There are a SPR opened since 8.5.1 version reporting the same issue for some customers.
Unfortunately, there is no plan to fix it.

The current suggested workaround is the same reported previously (switch "Format for messages addressed to internet addresses" from MIME to Notes Rich Text).
For a specific customer, the issue was related with corrupted documents on Personal Address Book.
If you are facing the issue for a specific user, try to run maintenance tasks (fixup, compact) or to recreate her/him Personal Address Book.

I hope it helps!

Best Regards!

The problem only started occurring with 9.0.1 64-bit client for the Mac, prior versions did not have this problem.  We have loaded it on a few machines that are running Mac OS X 10.11.2 and all experience the same exact problem.
